New Beginning

Hello to anyone reading this,

This is the second day that has passed in the new year.
I am using this blog to track my progress in my health/diet/fitness. I will be posting before photos in the next week or so... and then after photos in about 6 weeks most likely. And I will also be taking my measurements.

My goal this Year is to lose some more weight and get fit. I want to look good for Graduation and I want to look good at the weddings I am attending this year.

So far, since the new year has started: I have stuck to my 30 mins a day minimum of walking (in the crazy cold weather).. and my 30-40 pushups a day (want to be able to do 100 straight like I used to be able to), amongst a few other exercises.

For anyone reading this, this blog is for me to keep track of things - you can read & comment. But I just want people to know if you set your mind to do something - you can do it.. It might be hard, it most likely will be if you have a very big goal - but here's how to start.

Start with small goals, you'll eventually get to that big goal. And no matter how hard it gets, keep fighting. You'll get there.
And if you ever feel alone, take a deep breath and remember you're never alone. You have friends and family, or if you don't have that - you most likely believe in a higher Power.
